Highly complex structure design with rear section below ground level and cantilevered steel structure front façade. Managing critical path works during COVID restrictions.

We collaborated with both clients to achieve the best design results within contract budget.

Initial program was 13 months that we completed in 15 months, due to stage 4 lockdown happened during finishes stage.

In ground civil works and concrete slab structure. Finishes and handover before Christmas.
