A subdivision and steep driveway made access to the site more challenging, so we had to work our way through. Building on an existing boundary wall and installing a fully ventilated subfloor system required thorough planning.

Our budget for the project allowed us to achieve high level of finishes through the interior and a fully landscaped garden.

With only 10 months of construction program, our team was proactive in working with the client before commencement on site and during the building process.

All the milestones on site have been achieved on time, thanks to a precise and ongoing sequencing of works.
